We believe that we have hit a winning formula for our shavers. We are confident that you will feel the same once you try our products. We stand behind our products and our quality controls. To put our money where our mouth is, every genuine Shaver product (blades excluded) comes with the following protections when purchased from Shaver or one of our authorized resellers in the United States.

Money Back Guarantee

You will love your Shaver or we will give you your money back. If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price within 45 days of purchase. If you live in the United States, we will even pay for the return shipping. No questions, no risk. Cosmetic items such as shaving cream, exfoliating scrub, aftershave, or similar must be returned with 80% or more of product remaining to receive a refund.

For the United States only: Because Shaver cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this guarantee applies only to Products that were purchased from Shaver or a Shaver authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  Shaver reserves the right to reject guarantee claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites/marketplace storefronts.

If you are within this 45-day window, live in the USA, and purchased your product from our website, simply fill out the form at the link below for your pre-paid return shipping label. If you purchased your product from one of our authorized sellers or live outside of the United States, please contact us to initiate a claim.

LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE UNITED STATES

This warranty covers Pitbull Shavers, Bald Eagle shavers, Butterfly shavers, and Beast Clippers for up to 12 months from the date of purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase). Any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired free of charge. This warranty doesn’t cover consumable parts such as the shaver head replacement, which should be replaced after every few months.

For one year from the date of purchase, your genuine Shaver product is warrantied against defects in workmanship or manufacture. If anything happens to your Shaver product (blades excluded as they are considered consumables and are not covered by our warranty) that renders it inoperable, we will exchange it for a refurbished model. Simply email us and you will receive an email with further directions. Please note that if you are outside of the 35-day money back satisfaction guarantee, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. International exchanges from outside the USA may also incur additional return shipping charges.

Warranties are non transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. For the United States only: because Shaver cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Shaver or a Shaver authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  Shaver reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites/marketplace storefronts. To obtain service under this warranty, please contact us.This warranty does not cover, nor shall Shaver be liable for, any damages resulting from the use of unauthorized or non-compatible attachments, the unauthorized modification, disassembly, and/or repair by anyone other than Shaver LLC or an authorized sever provider of Shaver LLC.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary. No other written express warranty is given. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH MAY BE APPLICABLE TO THE WARRANTED PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE 1-YEAR PERIOD PROVIDED IN THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some States may not allow such limitation, so it may not apply to you.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SHAVER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This Warranty is valid in the USA only. If you live outside of the United States check, with the store for our authorized distributor’s warranty or contact our customer service department.
